You must be hard-working and punctual and have some experience in the tree/arboriculture industry. A willingness to learn, and to undergo further training, is also essential. Ideally you will have the relevant chainsaw tickets (U.K. NPTC Certs are fine). An M.R. Licence would also be ideal, but is not essential.
